Indonesia Gets Additional Economic Activities of IDR 436.84 Trillion
The Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Indonesia (FEB UI) stated that the realization of investment or investment until the third quarter of 2021
yesterday resulted in an impact on direct and indirect output reaching Rp. 1,096.3 trillion. A total of Rp. 436.85 trillion of which was additional economic activity. Until the end of last September, the realization of national investment or the initial impact was recorded at Rp. 659.47 trillion or 73.3 percent of the target of Rp. 900 trillion. The Dean of FEB UI, Teguh Dartanto, said that the realization of the investment resulted in a direct impact of IDR 279.83 trillion and an indirect IDR 157.02 trillion. "So, in total it is IDR 660 trillion [investment realization], if in total in the economy it becomes IDR 1,096.31 trillion. This means, there is an additional close to Rp 400 trillion which is an additional economic activity," explained Teguh at an online seminar,
