Bank Mandiri and SUN Energy Sign MoU on Green Financing

Bank Mandiri and the SUN Energy Group signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) for green financing solutions and collaboration to expand the utilization of rooftop solar power generation systems (PLTS) in Jakarta, recently.
This commitment shows the seriousness of the two companies in supporting the government's decarbonization target by 2060. "SUN Energy has a vision of inviting as many Indonesians as possible to use clean energy through solar power installations," said Chief Financial Officer of SUN Energy Group, Evy Susanty. To support the government's target of accelerating the transition Evy said that the SUN Energy Group has expanded its new business line, namely SUNterra which penetrates the retail or residential segment. In addition, SUN Solutions which focuses on innovation and development of solar power products using cutting-edge technology and SUN Mobility which takes the role "In order to achieve the zero carbon emission target, SUN Energy requires synergy from Bank Mandiri, which has the same vision so that clean energy can be used by all levels of society," said Evy.
